The Terminator Conundrum
bobcobb30112 June 2020
Warning: Spoilers
Maybe it is NCIS fatigue, TV fatigue, but this show is just not working now.

Two episodes in and nothing feels special or unique about this season. Just a dull episode.

Poor episode
ak202025 July 2020
A very poor, weak story padded out with personal stuff related to the characters and unrelated to NCIS.

Yet another American long-running series where the writers are running out of proper, relevant story lines

It's Been Said this Episode Should be Scrubbed
PartialMovieViewer23 March 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I agree with the other reviewer who basically said this chapter should be canned. Firstly, why is this thing overweighted with 'poor-me' victims...and overdone all-men suckisms. If you doubt it, don't worry, Gregorio will gin up some kind of hate-filled snide comment, wasting no time to vomit it out of her spite-filled pie hole. Ok, she's a lesbian, yeehaw, but can her nasty personality be toned down some? Special Agent Khoury, that's another one. In my opinion, she can leave anytime. Not a very nice personality and she is not an interesting character. She screwed up in the previous episode and she's getting a pass - ok - really. Meh, who cares? Come on, her agenda is just scratching to the surface to show itself. Whatever she becomes her emotions will demand a much larger spotlight. I haven't seen NCIS NOLA for a while, but the road is so spotted with PC chuckholes, the ride is getting pretty bumpy. The storyline is losing its uniqueness and becoming tiring. Is it the writers? Are they trying too hard to give the women depth and leaving the crime-solving to the men? Half the team is great, the other half is grating.

I can see why it was ending
moov_e_c_er1 September 2023
Previous episodes become quickly annoying with Pride's weird visions and then nightmares. They simply have nothing to do with NCIS, the unit or the cases. It is a weak excuse to run many episodes essentially based on mental health. If any agent was to have such symptoms they should be pulled from duty in the field, seek help with therapies and medication, and since Pride did become secNAV agent he should be well aware of policies and of course as agent dangers in the field. He would be risk to get himself and his team killed and therefore not fit for In field for ANYthing.

As a viewer I was highly distracted at every single weird vision and dreams as they were simply fillers to make episode long enough. It's no wonder this show ended and of course later on with loss of main cast members.
