  Harry Greenwood : [grabbing the demon's gun hand]  You'll get your money when I'm good and ready to give it. Now, take this witch to my swanky place. Where you set me up.

  Demon Boss : Why don't you take her? You live there.

  Harry Greenwood : Oh, you know... I have my reasons.

  Demon Boss : [showing Mel what's beneath his eyepatch]  Money first. Then I'll take her.

  Demon Boss : Poker. You win, debt's clear, and I deliver this one free of charge.

  Harry Greenwood : And if you win?

  Demon Boss : I get my money... and her, as well.

  Mel Vera : Okay. Jimmy's in.

  Mel Vera : This is where Maggie saw the Darklighter.

  Demon Boss : [sticking a gun in Harry's face]  You got a lot of nerve showing your face in here. Move one more muscle, and you're a dead man.

• Harry Greenwood : I don't know anything about poker.

  Mel Vera : Good thing I do. Dad's gambling had its advantages.

• Maggie Vera : I focused on finding Macy, and I saw something.

  Mel Vera : What?

  Maggie Vera : A flash, an image. It was too quick, he pulled away, but it was something.

  Mel Vera : Explain.

  Maggie Vera : I can't. I don't know how it works or why it works, but it does.

  Harry Greenwood : Then you need to get him alone and touch him everywhere.

  Mel Vera : [hearing the double entendre]  Harry!

  Harry Greenwood : We don't have any time to waste.

  Mel Vera : How is she supposed to do that and not get arrested?

  Harry Greenwood : [the elevator dings and a couple gets off]  Any trapped-in-an-elevator spells in that fanny pack of yours?

• Harry Greenwood : Are you sure about this?

  Mel Vera : It's a disruptor potion from the Book of Shadows I've been experimenting with. It should fritz out the elevator.

  Maggie Vera : Last time we experimented, we almost got eaten by a demon hound.

• Mel Vera : Well, the good news is that it worked. A little bit too well. I knocked out the power sources up here and...

  Harry Greenwood : Down there. Well, power is power, regardless of the source.

  Mel Vera : The question is, how do we get to...

  Mel Vera : ...Schmitty's on the Lower East Side.

  Harry Greenwood : You're not the only one who's been experimenting.

  Mel Vera : [he orbs a foot away]  Nice.

  Harry Greenwood : I'm getting stronger every day. Ready?

  Mel Vera : As ever.

• Harry Greenwood : What is happening?

  Maggie Vera : Uh, it's Rando Karaoke Night. Song is randomly selected for the singer.

  Mel Vera : Whose stupid idea was that?

  Harry Greenwood : Yeah.

  Maggie Vera : Okay, first, it's not stupid. And second, as SafeSpace assistant manager, my job includes social events.

• Demon Boss : Ready, Jimmy? We go heads up, you and me. Give us each a hundred.

  [Mel sits down at the table, too] 

  Demon Boss : What do you think you're doing?

  Harry Greenwood : We're a team.

  Demon Boss : Poker. Not a team sport.

  Mel Vera : [another demon stands her up]  Get your dirty talons off of me!

  [he throws her into a supply closet and shuts the door] 

  Mel Vera : Let me out of here!

  Demon Boss : Now, Jimmy, why don't you sit down?

• Mel Vera : The tracking spell revealed Macy's whereabouts: New York City, but there's not a red light in the whole state. Maybe he's using some sort of cloaking device?

  Maggie Vera : Or, like Harry said, she's not in danger. Because the Darklighter has feelings for her and so does he, because they... share a brain or...

  Harry Greenwood : We don't. Share a brain. We share memories. And feelings. I searched the Book of Elders. Nothing provides any guidance here.

  Mel Vera : I've got a tiny bit of cloaking serum left and a bunch of other potions, but none of them seem particularly helpful.

  Maggie Vera : Well, we know she's in lower Manhattan. I think we should just portal there.

  Harry Greenwood : New York's a big place.

  Maggie Vera : Yeah, well, maybe I can use my new power, see if I can get a vision.

  Mel Vera : And we're back to touching Jordan again.

  Maggie Vera : Stop. Look, I know it's a long shot, but... I've had a vision that's come true. Maybe if I focus, I can conjure up an image of her and find where she is.

  Harry Greenwood : It may be a long shot, but it's the only shot we've got right now. I need you both to understand something about the Darklighter. He may not kill Macy, but he's capable of things you and I cannot even fathom. He's all id, and his desires cannot be underestimated. We need to find Macy by any means necessary, before it's too late.

• Demon Boss : You slow-playing me on the first hand?

  Harry Greenwood : You ought to know better than to rush a man when he's drinking. Or do I need to teach you a lesson?

  Mel Vera : [invisible, whispering to Harry]  Two chips.

  Demon Boss : What did you say?

  Harry Greenwood : [throwing two chips into the pot]  I'm done talking.

• Maggie Vera : So, um, you think he's really gone? For good? The Darklighter?

  Harry Greenwood : It appears so. The important thing is that Macy's home and safe. We're lucky your sister is an ace hold-it player.

  Mel Vera : Hold 'em.

  Harry Greenwood : Hold 'em.

  Maggie Vera : That's right. Dad taught you to play poker.

  Mel Vera : With M&M's as chips. I think he lost a few hands on purpose so that I could get to keep the candy.

  Maggie Vera : See? He wasn't all bad.

  Mel Vera : He had his moments.

  Harry Greenwood : Ah, humans are a mix of light and dark. That's what makes us... makes them whole.

• Harry Greenwood : Where is he? Jimmy?

  Demon Boss : Kill me. Do it. Whoever you are, you don't have it in you. Kill the witch.

  [Mel kicks the demon choking her hard enough so that he lets her go, then kicks him in the groin] 

  Mel Vera : Tell us or I will drop this whole bottle of Hellflame!

  Demon Boss : 4110 East Broadway.

• Macy Vaughn : Abigael thinks she's my friend. She trusts me. I can bring her to you. That way, your boss gets a powerful demon... and we get what we want, each other.

  [she manages to grab the jewel neutralizing her powers; he orbs away as she blows a blast of fire; re-appearing with a pair of spiked balls in hand, he throws them at her, which she disintegrates] 

  Harry Greenwood : Impressive. You really do have some demon in you.

  [he orbs away; a moment later, the other Harry orbs in with Mel] 

  Harry Greenwood : Macy, thank God. We were so worried...

  Mel Vera : [she grabs and chokes him]  Macy, it's Harry.

  Harry Greenwood : Hut 8. Hut 8.

  Macy Vaughn : [letting him go]  Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It's really you.

  Harry Greenwood : Yes. And we have to get out of here. Now.

• Harry Greenwood : [after the turn is dealt in their hand of poker]  Check.

  Demon Boss : All in. The real question is, grilled or sauteed? So many options when cooking fresh witch.

  Mel Vera : He's bluffing. Call it.

  Harry Greenwood : Call.

  Demon Boss : [dealing the river]  Looks like witch is back on the menu, boys.

  [revealing his hand of an ace and a two] 

  Demon Boss : Pay up. Six-high straight.

  Harry Greenwood : [showing his hand]  I believe my seven beats your six. Looks like you have a witch delivery after all. Gentlemen.

  Demon Boss : [Mel's spell wears off; grabbing Harry]  What are you, some kind of shapeshifter or something? The real Jimmy would never let anyone catch him getting help from a witch.

• Mel Vera : I'm sorry I gave you a hard time about Jordan. Your vision saved Macy.

  Maggie Vera : So my... my visions are accurate.

  [Mel nods] 

  Maggie Vera : Mel, I had another vision. With Jordan. I'm afraid either he's in danger or he's a danger to us.

• Harry Greenwood : Are you all right?

  Macy Vaughn : Yeah.

  Harry Greenwood : Good. I'm going back.

  Macy Vaughn : N-No. No, no. He... he's got a briefcase full of weapons. And you're exhausted. You can't keep orbing.

  Mel Vera : We should come with you, to help you fight.

  Harry Greenwood : I appreciate what you're trying to do, but this is between me and him.

  Macy Vaughn : Harry, no.

  [Harry orbs away]
