- Several scenes take place in a strip clip with women in various states of undress and topless. Some women wear bottoms with material covering the very front of their pubic area and minimal coverage in the back. Women walk around and dance, mostly in the background.

- After a long and especially bloody wrestling match, a man throws up in a dressing and then collapses.
- Two men fake-fight in a wrestling match, when one is on the floor, he takes a small razor and cuts is forehead to make it look like the other man injured him.
- In one match, a man staples his nipples with a staple gun, then staples a note to his forehead.He then staples his opponent three times. He then is hit with a plastic leg and with a dustbin. One man is then smashed through glass and thrown through a table wrapped in barbed wire. A man is thrown into barbed wire and briefly gets stuck in it. A decent amount of blood is seen splattered in the ring. Also, a fork is stabbed into a mans chest.

- A man purposely rams his thumb into a ham slicer and blood squirts everywhere and he wipes it on his face in front of shocked customers

- Main character pukes and has an heart attack
- It's heavily implied that randy dies at the end..after going against his doctor's advice, the movie ends with randy performing a top rope jump, and it cuts to black as he does it, and it's likely that he had a heart attack after his jump. Very sad
