There's no doubting that Star Wars: Resistance has seen a huge drop off in quality and storytelling from Clone Wars and Rebels. The characters are one-dimensional, the plot development is very cliche and not creative at all and the dialog is embarrassingly cheesy even for a kids show. Although Clone Wars and Rebels had their fair share of lame parts, the writers still crafted at least a handful of episodes a season that were solid from start to finish.
The only one I can convincingly say is a strong episode from Star Wars: Resistance is the Missing Agent. It introduced the most interesting antagonist of the entire series, it had two legitimately awesome fight scenes and it featured one of the few moments I could actually say Kaz was funny. Unlike a majority of the Resistance episodes, this one wasn't mind-numbingly predictable. As much as I like to hate on Star Wars: Resistance, this was a fine outing that is on par with solid Rebels and Clone Wars episodes. Unfortunately, it is the only episode that is on that level.
