One neighbor, old Mrs. Martin offers his one dollar for cutting the lawn. Davey goes by a new dog store and sees a fancy collar that costs 10 dollars. The shop owner is an annoying guy who keeps calling Goliath a "bow wow". Davey later learns the Mrs. Martin lost $10. He learns on his own that he must return the money.
