- At the beginning of the series, we see two children get eaten by a large centipede. No blood is shown. We only see their bodies in the mouth of the creature.
- A village is wiped out by a stampede of monsters. We see the aftermath. Not terribly gory. Brief shots of bodies lying in pools of blood are shown.
