So far so good

Based on the first 4 episodes I am pleasantly surprised by this Korean drama series.

Having seen a lot of Korean drama, I was expecting just "another one". However, so far it has been quite refreshing to watch.

The tone and atmosphere sets a comfortable and calming environment whilst watching. It is something that lets you discover the characters and their motives on your own within the flow of the episodes. It doesn't tell you straight up what's going on and how the characters feel. On the other hand it doesn't require you to analyse too much, it feels like just a thought is enough to figure it out. It is exactly what one needs after a long day, just something calm which makes you think, but doesn't ask you to understand it, because you do without asking.

Most importantly the Plot. It is not overly predictable like many Korean dramas. you can guess where the Plot is heading in some ways, but it still leaves you wondering. Even tough the overall feel is very settled, the plot still manages to build tension and intrigues you to keep watching.

I'm looking forward for the next episodes!!

(sorry for any bad english, I tried, but it is not my first language)

Very Good

I would rate 10 stars if it were longer.

Instead, in my opinion, it needs to be looked at as a blueprint for Korean writers who are tired of repeating the same tropish dramas over and over.

What we have here are all the elements that could very well fill a 10, 12, or 16 episode drama, but basically stripped to only essential characters and scenes.

That means no: Office dinner Office Karaoke Someone rushed to hospital with enteritis Someone needs a bandaid for their heel Getting drunk and piggybacked Getting drunk and confessing Overbearing parents Annoying coworkers with uninteresting filler storylines Adults who've never had skinship Adults who've never dated or talked about dating Umbrella rescues

I hung on every scene and was anxious and emotional throughout. I definitely wanted more and I wish there could be a second season because I just don't see a universe where any of the 4 main characters would get boring. Especially after that ending.

I'm thirsting for more content like this. I recently finished Call It Love and I didn't know Ahn Hee-Yeon (Hani) at the time but I didn't care for her character. However, she's a great actress and I'm on my 4th show with her because she picks winning projects!

We need more kdramas like this
hanalisss28 December 2021
This is not your typical kdrama, nothing about stupid love triangles, this series is about real situations in life that leave us scars requiring time to heal.

The best about this script is that will show you a very refreshing point of view where nothing is black or white but instead will show you the experiences and feelings from all characters and you actually understand them. Sometimes we make mistakes and we hurt the people we love but we can learn how to forgive them.

Well written with good dialogues, chemistry off the charts, the story is compelling and the cinematography is beautiful. I wish it was longer, I love this kind of kdramas, lead by women with zero clichés and so real.

All writers should watch this for a lesson in how to!

Warning: Spoilers
10 out of 10 mini series! Acting and tone were perfection! No modern drama-comedy junk but had funny moments that were on point. Sad moments that could hit heart strings and felt powerful. Hee-Yeon Ahn and Seung-eon Hwang are pure gold!! Both talented beauties beyond belief! It was like a mystery that unfolded. Every time you would wonder why someone acted the way they did the writers fed you enough to either understand or peaked your interest to find out. The whole cast was great. No wacky moments you roll your eyes at like the top producers spit out these days. I don't look for, or typically watch, drama-romance (except when my wife wants to) but this one was binge worthy and top notch. Plus once I learned Hani was in it I had to see. The pain, suffering and ultimate growth and happy ending was brilliant writing.
