Definitely a darker side to lifetime
kyleallencole921 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
This stalker obsession flick is pretty dark and twisted. The villain in this murders the women who reject him and then photographs their dead bodies. Franco was definitely a creepy and hunky villain too. I knew he was going to kill the people closest to her as well. The main actress Jade Tailor is awesome in this one too. The opening murder scene at the roller rink was a nice way to start this thrilling film. Definitely recommend!

Entertainment

I thought this movie was pretty good, especially for an LMN movie. I thought it could have been done in one and a half hours instead of two hours. I got a little bored somewhere in the middle. Although I have never seen nor heard of any of these actors, they were all good, even Piper Blair who played Angela's (Jade Tailor) and Greg's (Mark Jude Sullivan) daughter. I thought Aiden Bristow (Franco) was believable as the psycho. Jade Tailor is a beautiful woman and it was a pleasure to watch her. This isn't a movie I would watch again, although I found it entertaining. The bottom line is that this movie is worth a watch.

that was dark...

Warning: Spoilers
This stalker fixation flick is quite dull and turned. The reprobate in this homicides the ones who reject him and afterward photos their dead bodies. Franco was certainly a dreadful and studly lowlife as well. I realized he planned to kill individuals nearest to her also. The fundamental entertainer Jade Tailor is amazing in this one as well. The initial homicide scene at the roller arena was a decent method to begin this exciting film. Certainly suggest!

Movement and Flow were Dynamically Sinful

The modern style writing and cinematic directing along with great actors really created the essence and capture. Beyond the storyline, the name Sinfidelity will put you on the edge of your seat!

typical LMN formula
hoops-5343624 May 2021
LMN formula to a T: women are strong, but gullible and shallow (they will hop in the sack with anyone who's cute- even if they have only known them for an hour); men are tools, and law enforcement is useless.

We love most of the LMN movies but wish the characters would sometimes not be formula.

Typical female hypocrisy
jp037926 May 2022
A woman cheats on her husband, and the movie (and female reviewers here of course) portray her as a victim.

Same movie with the genders reversed and it would be, 'That's what he gets for cheating! She should leave him.' Such is todays world.

Sound editor should be fired!

This movie could have been ok, not bad at all if not for this horrible and annoying, way too loud background music, I hardly could hear what they were saying. So 1 star only instead of 5.

"We'll Call It Even!"
lavatch14 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Early in the marriage of Greg and Angela Harris, Greg had an affair, and the aftereffects lingered for years. Now, a decade later they are celebrating their tenth anniversary, and Angela returns the favor. At a moment when she incorrectly believed Greg was cheating on her again, Angela had one-timer with Franco, the smooth-talking accountant in Greg's firm. Angela comes to regret her indiscretion, and the problem is compounded when the mild-mannered Franco turns out to be an obsessive and vindictive killer.

The best line in the film is spoken by Angela's bestie Claire. After Angela confides in Claire about her tryst with Franco, Claire nonchalantly responds, "We'll call it even!" In the meantime, Claire is also drawn into the orbit of Franco, and she ends up with a knife in her heart, literally and not metaphorically.

"Sinfidelity" had a clever title. The film was well-scored, and it included a good cast. The most intiguing character was Franco, who began as a soft male before his psychopathology began to emerge. There was also an interesting ebb-and-flow in the dynamic of the relationship of Angela and Greg.

At the same time, the film was exceedingly dark and unpleasant. Was it really necessary to bring in the attack on the family dog, Gracie, who was tossed through the window? The choreography of the final action sequence in the home with the knife-wielding Franco and the gun-toting Angela seemed clumsy.

By the denouement, Angela and Greg seem fully reconciled and are off to Italy to celebrate. Apparently, they were able to make a truce and "call it even." Yet there lingered the subtext of two people who were inherently dishonest with one another and may have lost forever the complete bond of trust.

Interesting Credits
Stoshie30 September 2020
I wonder why Piper Blair gets first billing in the credits here? That seems odd.

As for the movie, well, the description says it all: "A one night stand turns into a living nightmare when a married woman becomes the target of an obsessive and murderous stalker."

Gee, how many times have we seen this movie?

Better than Average But the Ending Blows
dttruman22 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This is a little better than the usual "run of the mill" LMN movies The lady has an affair and the writer tries to justify it by having the lady think that her husband had an affair, just on flimsy evidence alone. The suspense is quite adequate, and when Angela tries to deal with Franco, she causes the death of her friend Claire, by sending her out with Franco to scrutinize him. When the final confrontation occurs she is able to shoot Franco twice, but he just keeps coming back apparently uninjured, until Greg (husband) shoots him with the gun and Franco conveniently dies. Most of these dramatic endings suffer from LOM (Lack of money) and disappoints the viewers.

Enough to Scare Anyone Off One-Nighters!
bibiana-0998128 October 2021
Angela is happily married, despite the fact that her husband cheated on her once, a decade ago. When she reads some suspicious texts and discovers an earring, she immediately thinks he is cheating again-and has a revenge encounter with Franco, hubby's accountant. What she doesn't know is that Franco is a psychopath who isn't exactly a good sport when he's dumped. He slowly, coldly, and methodically plans the ruin of Angela's life-and soon she is living in terror. As my headline says, this movie will make you think twice about having a one night stand!

Quite good, really!
Chartreuse116 September 2020
A grisly murder scene opens the movie and then we jump in time 10 years later. Angela and Greg have a rocky marriage due to an affair Greg had years ago that Angela hasn't forgotten. She finds an earring and thinks the worst and ends up having a one-night stand of her own with her husband's accountant, Franco, from work. But things aren't always what they seem and after Greg explains the earring. Angela tries to break it off with Franco but he ends up stalking her. What happens after that is pure roller-coaster! Highly recommend this one!

Try to picture this when you are shaking with fear

Still around after the stock market crash? Many people moved on to different vocations just to make ends meet, and to take advantage of the weaker. This is not a jungle movie with a fever but more like a slow burner which will give you a sense of coming to. A week after seeing this and still a 10er.

Jade Tailor is wonderful

A great suspense movie w/ a twist. Franco's character is played magnifiscently as the villian in this movie. Jase Tailor pulls off a great performance

Nothing we haven't seen before

One of the so many stereotypes we have seen over and over. Mediocre acting, predictable story, rather forgettable film.

My vote 3/10.

Warning: Spoilers
1 - couldn't they find a better looking Franco? 2 - couldn't they find a Greg who could actually act? 3 - and lastly why do they always have a Jezebel type character who eggs the protagonist on to commit adultry in these LMN movies? 4 - the jezebel ie Claire met her deserved end! Only Jade Tailor stood out!

Always the same ending
golfer_088073 December 2022
As usual, the female character cheats on her significant other and suffers no negative consequences. This is some lesson to be teaching younger girls and young women. I watched this with my wife and she chuckled and said, "I can cheat and get away with it." I let her know that I suddenly viewed her much differently than I had a moment before. This story is no different from many others, in that the women lack any real moral fiber, the male character is oblivious to what is going on and the other characters are there as window dressing and the plot holes are big enough to drive a truck though. As for my wife, she has come to realize her words have opened a hole in my thought about her. Too late to close it now.
