A nice end to S19

S19 of the show wraps up with a spot on parody of 'All About Eve'.

I thought this was a fun episode, with a nice Homer/Bart story making up the B plot.

With some nice mocking of Hollywood stardom along the way it again reminds us that while 'The Simpsons' might not be able to produce really top, top quality episode week after week (but isn't that the same as many long running shows?) when it's good it is still very good.

I Had My Hopes Up Too High

All About Lisa is kinda bad. I probably had my hopes up too high. I though I would rank this episode at least a 6.8, but instead I rank it under a 6. A slightly boring episode with a disappointing A story and a great B-story. I wish the writer of this episode had made the B-story the A-story. All About Lisa also ruins Lisa persona. Like Lisa literly acts like Mr. Burns in this episode. I have only watched 3 other episodes, one bad, one okay, and one great, and this episode falls into the bad category. This episode could have been so much better, it's a meh end to the 19th season of the Simpsons. In all, I give this episode a 5.9 out of 10.

Lisa the star

I am a huge fan of The Simpsons, an I'm more than happy to watch episodes broadcast beyond its golden years, which I count as the first 10 years by the way). All About Lisa would have worked very well if it was a daydream by Lisa or something like that. But the idea of Lisa suddenly eclipsing Krusty the Clown (I almost wrote Klown) was something that breached the Simpsons canon I guess.

Still, there were some humorous gags in this episode, and I wouldn't completely write it off. I guess really any episode of The Simpsons is better than none at all, but still All About Lisa is one to watch even just once.

The Worst One Yet

This was just a bad episode it was poorly done and I just can't stand Lisa based epiosdes bur the Lisa fans might like this the worst part in this episode is how Lisa who wanted to give her job to Bart does not and someway becomes funny and popular when no one ever liked also when she stabbed Krusty in the back and at irst does not care that she did that then for some reason changes her mind and the guilt builds up inside her until she amidts it but everyone is just fine with it and praises her also the Homer and Bart thing about collecting coins was not a very good idea it should have been All About bart with Bart getting the role

This isn't one of my favourite Lisa focused episodes and sideshow mel narratives the whole episode for events what Lisa goes on showbiz but problem with episode its boring and some Lisa focus ones aren't great the side plots are best but this one wasn't that interesting simpsons used to have the charm now just downhill its not that interesting.
