I like Cold Case. Despite the fact it has obvious and repetitive flaws in most episodes (the killers always confess even when there is no evidence, they never have a lawyer, they look 50 when the crime was committed 60 years ago, etc), I like the concept and most cases are interesting. That said, this particular episode is hardly an episode. If you just want to make 45 minutes of largely unfounded, absurd to the point of brain-damage anti-Castro propaganda, just put a "We don't like Castro" sign hovering over the episode. I mean, here you have Cuban people who are trying to escape to the USA and....play baseball! Add a few made up tortures awaiting Cuban baseball players who go to jail(!)* (seriously?) and you got one of the worst episodes of this otherwise good series.

-spoiler ahead- PS: oh, and of course, the murderer didn't mean to do it, because Cubans who oppose the regime are good people who play baseball and like the USA. Sorry if the review seems too anti-American, but any propaganda-filled show tends to annoy the living hell out of me.
-spoiler end- **************
*that's of course Castro's prisons, not Guantanamo, don't be confused.
