Trivia:

The on-screen credit for Marcia Cross during the opening credits was mistakenly not included during final editing. As a part of the main cast, on-screen credit is according to contract obligated to be present, regardless if the actor is present in the actual episode or not, thus, although by mistake, this error was a breach of Marcia Cross's contract by the production company. This is an unusual mistake, the first during this show's run, and it's one that basically never happened in the old days when TV-shows had a standard opening theme montage with all the actors credits. To save episode time, opening credits normally run over the first or second scene nowadays, and that opens up for mistakes like this, if the editing team isn't paying close attention.
