- Plenty of sexual humour.
- A sub-plot of the film is that Kyle has to suck Cartman's balls. So there are some fairly strong references to this throughout.
- Cartman is shown naked with his testicles in full view which then explode like dust.
- At the end of the movie, the furry creatures are shown raping Popeye, but nothing graphic.
- Butters thinks that the mayor of Imaginationland is a rapist.
Violence & Gore

- We see fantastical creatures being decapitated, dismembered, shot, and stabbed. All of this involves gory details and blood spurts. To reiterate, the nature of this is comical.
- NOTE: Although the violence is Severe, it is still comical and is intended to be humorous in nature. The animation is not very realistic and the graphic violent details tend to be more sketchy and comedic.
- The terrorists attack Imaginationland, and this is actually quite graphic; people are blown apart, several people catch alight, and a lot of blood and gore is shown.
- A care bear is shot graphically in the head and is then decapitated.
- Strawberry Shortcake is tied up and beaten, then her eye is cut out.
- The Good and Evil characters battle against each other at the end with some bloody violence.
- Popeye is raped by the Christmas critters on-screen but it is played for laughs.
- ManBearPig escapes the portal and kills many people at the pentagon in very gory ways. The people are graphically dismembered where innards show. This scene is replayed once or twice.
Profanity

- The swearing in the film is actually not that bad. It's at an average level for South Park standards.
- "Fuck" and "Shit" are used many times.
- Name calling: "Horse-fucker", "pig-fucker", "ass-fucker", and "cock".

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Benign-looking creatures such as squirrels and other furry animals speak of killing and raping people. This can be unsettling, despite the (dark) comedic tone.
- Strawberry Shortcake is tied, taunted, and assaulted by the evil fantasy creatures in a bullying manner. Her eye is then graphically gauged out, which is the more disturbing and intense scene in the film, especially to the sensitive viewer. It's worth noting that she is reincarnated at the end, like all of the other dead imaginary characters.

- Kurt Russell is raped by the christmas critters (the rape is offscreen, but you hear him screaming).
- The terrorists attacking Imaginationland is very intense, emotional, and quite disturbing.
- Some scenes may be racist and can offend some viewers.
- At one point, the evil creatures talk about urinating in someone's eye socket and then talk about getting someone with AIDS to do so.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- The woodland critters talk about raping dead bodies. They later rape Kurt Russell offscreen, but you hear him screaming.
- At the end, Cartman imagines an imaginary Kyle sucking an imaginary version of himself's balls, but we only see his head moving. Kyle's head disappears offscreen and Cartman's pleasured face is shown.
Violence & Gore
- The terrorists release all of the evil imaginary things which result in several people being killed in bloody and gory ways.
- Kyle becomes unresponsive and is taken for dead. He looks pale and lifeless, but he is revived frantically by Cartman. This bit may not be very intense to some viewers if they're familiar with James Cameron's The Abyss (1989), as it parodies a scene in that film.
