This entire film (after the Iowa & NH primaries) was made during the 2020 COVID lockdown. Most of the interviews were done virtually.
On Saturday morning, around 5 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2020, a six-alarm fire spread from a building on East 7th Street in the East Village neighborhood, to the 19th-century Middle Collegiate Church, where Dr. Rev. Jacqui Lewis presided. The fire engulfing the church structure leaving both structures uninhabitable. The fire, accidentally caused by electrical wiring, took nearly eight hours to extinguish. The church roof collapsed, the Tiffany windows were blown out, and the sanctuary was destroyed. Only the "Liberty Bell", the exterior, and the tower in which the bell hung survived. Services had been conducted online since March 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and so the interviews for the film, shot of Dr. Rev. Jacqui Lewis, where likely the last recorded in that building before it burned down.
