When Lois is talking to the Red-Blue Blur on the phone, she asks "Can you read my mind?" This is most likely a reference to the song in Superman (1978) that asks the same question while Lois flies with Superman for the first time. Then she says, "Who am I kidding?", a possible oblique reference to Margot Kidder, who played Lois in that movie.
Lois's superhero costume looks like a mixture of Catwoman & The Huntress. It also resembles the costume of the Earth-3 Lois Lane (known as the super-villain Superwoman).
While trying to escape from Clark, Lois, as Stiletto, comments "I should get back to my cave", a reference to Batman and the Batcave.
Lois is denied entry to a press society named after Edward R. Murrow. Mr. Murrow was an American broadcast journalist who came to prominence in the 1940s, especially WW2, and is considered a significant figure in setting standards for excellence in integrity and ethics in journalism.
Lois says "I was going to sew an "S" into the chest. Is that tacky?" - a pun on the 'S' on Superman's chest.
