Mondo Scooterama (2009)
This indie comedy was filmed in the Seattle, Washington area and features a lot of local scooter clubs. The Director, Timothy Johnston has also written another scooter-oriented movie (well, a short) called "Scooter Dream" (2005).
Being a northwest scooter rider myself, I've been wanting this movie to come out on DVD. Alas, it hasn't come out yet.
