- A man is attacked by a beastly creature and he screams as he is dragged while clutching his bloody eye. He survives and is seen later with an eye patch.
- A man is stabbed by another man and robbed.
- A woman has a flashblack. It is very quick and brief but a very bloody arm is seen and a character is screaming.
- A man asks for directions to a seemingly normal other man. The other man turns his head and is revealed two-headed and he looks disturbing.
- A creature is shot offscreen but stays alive and attacks a man.
- During a presentation, a creature becomes loose from a cave and attacks the carnival. It flies onto the ferris wheel and it is implied that it harms a rider because the ferris wheel stops and you hear screaming.
- A dog awakens two men sleeping in the middle of the night and the men find blood all over the dog's face and they see that the dog has brought in a human foot.
- A man runs from a creature in the woods and you see the creature fly down from the sky and attack the man. Offscreen, you hear the man's helpless screaming and a few thrashing and tearing sounds.
- A twig is seen with blood on it as if someone was stabbed with it. Right next to the twig is a stream with bloody water rushing through. You see a bloody arm (similar to the woman's vision) underneath a pile of branches and things on the bridge above the bloody water stream.
- You see a dead man's bloody, decomposed face the day after he was killed.
- Body parts are seen floating in a river.
- A createre flies and swoops through a car, grabbing a man. You see the other character in the car screaming and then the man's body falls from the sky, onto the car and his bloody face stares at the character. The character gets out of the car screaming and is also swooped up by the bird. You hear the character's helpless screams.
- A man is shot in the leg-area by a character who thought the man was the grisly creature.
- A man is shot in the back and then stabbed repeatedly in the back to "shut him up". The man crawls for the gun on the ground and then shoots the creature with it. But the creature remains alive.
- A very bloody body implied killed by the creature is seen lying dead on the ground with creature handprints on the neck and face.
- A man is tied to a tree and stabbed repeatedly. When he appers undead, he is stabbed again to death.
- The stabber is slashed by the creature and he rolls down the hill. He shoots the bird and it appears dead.
- Another very bloody face is seen with flesh torn off. These faces are very disturbing and are seen often throughout the movie.
- A man is stabbed in the mouth by a priest and his tongue slithers from his mouth. Just as the priest attempts to shoot him to kill him once and for all, the creature swoops down and does so for him.
- A man is set on fire and frantically squirms as he burns.
- The creature is supposedly killed by the priest.
- The priest surrenders to the creature and it attacks and kills him.
- A man is knocked over by the creature and you hear the creature feasting on the man's stomach as a man and woman try to stop it.
- Blood pours from a victim's mouth as he lays on the ground after a ferris wheel falls onto his car. He is impaled by something through the car.
- A huge fire burns down the entire carnival.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Two characters drink alcohol heavily while discussing "the hell of a night" they are going to have.
- A few other characters are seen smoking and drinking. The setting is mainly at a carnival.
- Tranquilizers are used several times throughout the film. Zero times do they tame the creature.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A flying bird-like creature is the killer throughout the movie.
- A man slowly approaches a car and a hand begins violently slamming against the window. This is frightening but the character hitting the window ends up being the man's friend and they laugh at it as a joke.
- A man is awakened by the creature he saw earlier. But it turns out it was just a dog.
