- Randy and Stan accidentally reach warp speed when Randy illegally soups up Stan's Pinewood Derby racer, which prompts a visit by an alien gangster and the space police trying to track him down.
- Stan and Randy are working on Stan's Pinewood Derby car for an upcoming tournament. However, Stan questions when Randy drills a secret hole in the car, and puts in a small, glowing sphere. Randy doesn't answer Stan's question regarding what it is, but later on that night, Stan gets his answer. The newscast reports of a superconducting magnet that was taken from the Large Hadron Collider. The newscast shows images of Princess Leia stealing the magnet, but Stan immediately recognizes that it's actually Randy in disguise.
The next day at the tournament, Randy coaxes Stan to lie when asked if he only used parts in the approved Pinewood Derby kit. Stan's car is then put into the race, where it reaches warp speed, blasting out of the building and out of Earth's atmosphere. Randy and Stan are celebrated for their triumph, but are soon alerted by the NSA that an alien spacecraft has made contact with Earth, and wants to meet with Randy and Stan.
Randy is given a cellular phone linked in with all the heads of the world, as the planet watches a pink-colored alien descend from the spacecraft, holding the Pinewood Derby car. When Randy confirms they made it, the alien pulls a lasergun, demanding that Randy make him another one. The alien, named Baby Fark McGee-zax, claims he's on the run, and needs a new warp drive to escape the Space Police. Everyone claims that Randy and Stan can do it, and the two are given a new Pinewood Derby kit to assemble.
Stan quietly demands that Randy admit they lied about using the approved kit, but Randy refuses to do so. Suddenly, a new spacecraft is heard, and Baby takes Stan hostage, and cloaks his ship with an invisibility shield, promising to destroy the planet if anyone tells of his presence.
The ship is a Space Police craft, and two aliens emerge, asking if anyone has seen Baby Fark McGee-zax. Randy (and the other world leaders by phone) lie that they haven't. The Space Police force are a little perplexed that the Earth citizens seem rather casual about making contact with alien life, and take leave, asking that Randy contact them if they see or find McGee-zax.
Once they leave, McGee-zax emerges, and returns Stan to Randy. Randy then gives Stan a metal shank to stab the alien with. Stan protests, but does this, causing McGee-zax to spasm and spurt green 'blood' before passing out.
Once he's dead, the others decloak the spaceship, and find enormous amounts of Space Cash inside. Some are of the persuasion to contact the Space Police, but Randy convinces the world leaders that they can divide it up.
A few days later, the Space Police return, seeing the humans have found McGee-zax's ship. However, Randy and the others explain that there was no Space Cash found inside. The officers make a note of other strange things, such as a large number of water parks being created in Mexico, and soccer stadiums in China.
Once they leave, Randy berates the other countries, before Finland confesses that they can't stand lying any longer, and promise to contact the Space Police. Randy then secretly talks with several other nations, and a nuclear strike soon decimates Finland.
This catches the attention of the Space Police, who show up again. Randy and the other World Leaders fake shock and concern over the destruction of Finland, before Stan comes forward and returns his Pinewood Derby trophy. His hopes that his truthfulness will cause everyone to admit they have lied as well, but Randy and the other World Leaders admit to nothing.
It is then that the Space Police call for a person in their ship to come out: and it's Baby Fark McGee-zax! However, he reveals that he is actually Kevorn Zaxor, ambassador to new world testing. Kevorn is incensed with the way Earth has reacted to their test, claiming that there is no Space Police, and Space Cash has no monetary value, except what the persons finding it claim it to be.
Having failed the test, Kevorn claims that Earth is now barred forever from the rest of the Universe. As their ship leaves orbit, they launch two items that create a giant box around the Earth and the Moon.
