The Least Common Denominator

In the process of making a low-budget porn movie, the actors involved turn into zombies and trap the remaining members of the cast and crew inside the make-shift studio. So much for the plot. Now, while I honestly wasn't expecting much from a film with the title of "Porn Star Zombies", I had hoped for something a little sexy or witty. Instead, what I got was sleazy and vulgar. The acting was terrible, the camera shots were extremely basic, the zombies looked ridiculous and the dialogue was one filthy one-liner after the other. And while some might find vocabulary of this sort hilarious, I thought it was all rather dull and boring. Now don't get me wrong, there are some people who love this type of crude humor. But I'm not one of them. In any case, if you like films that cater to the "least common denominator" then this is something you really need to watch. Otherwise it's just a waste of time and you should probably avoid it like the plague.

Youtube movie for DVD?

A friend of mine got this on DVD thinking it was a sexy horror. So we watched it on Halloween.

Let's just say it was like watching a college production of a poor film. The make up was terrible, acting terrible and plot line bizarre.

To be honest I thought it was something from Youtube. That it was a movie for laughs. There was some funny one liners but in the end it was terrible.

I wasn't scared however what caught me off guard was a movie trailer about a homemade video of a group of people being tortured. Now that was a bit scary and gross.

A truly awful waste of time

I have a friend here that made a zombie movie called Stink of Flesh and it's like Dawn of the Dead compared to this mess. The "star" Keith Emerson (no not Emerson Lake & Palmer)did everything including the music which is basically him riffing on a guitar or singing dreadful "zombie" lyrics in a very atonal way.The film is in b&w and color and does have some gore including a woman biting off a guy's you know what then chewing it. But sex is only near porn not hardcore. It would not help if it was. The "actors" are more like horror fans putting on a home movie than porn actors who are nowhere near as bad as they are. I can only recommend to really bad film completest.

The worst kind of indie

This is the worst kind of indie film imaginable: an impossibly broad comedy spoof in which the actors and crew of a porn shoot are attacked by zombies. Shot in black and white, this has a surprisingly tame subject matter, a ton of lame jokes, a single apartment location, and zero entertainment value.

LOVE YOUR COUNTRY

This is a 55 minute low budget black and white film about some guys making a low budget porn film. Dialog not too bad, but the film just wasn't entertaining. The jokes were stale. The character of Richard Magnet was annoying. The title promises more than it delivers.

Parental Guidance: F-bomb, sex, nudity.

I Wish I Could Give Zero Stars

Video is amateurish, sound is very poor quality, all the jobs are done by basically one guy (almost always a bad sign), his soundtrack is annoyingly bad, the acting is about what you'd expect from a few random scrubs recording each other with their phones. Despite the title there is nothing remotely sexy in this movie and the only nudity was a girl randomly touching her nipple with a pin to test its sensitivity or something. The plot is so nonsensical I suspect there wasn't even really a script just the general idea that they'd be pretending to be setting up to make an amateur porn movie and then zombies attack. There's not much zombie action at all and the makeup is terrible. There are no effects other than ketchup-like blood anyone could do in their own homes. Not sure what else to say. Terrible movies can still be great if you can laugh at them but this is not one of them, it's just boring and bad and poorly done and a real waste of time. One of the few things I've seen that makes me wish IMDb had a "zero star" voting option.

Porn Stars Guts Not Glory

I watched an abbreviated version of this on Crackle as it was less than an hour long (unless you count the commercials). The shortened version might actually be better than the longer one though I wonder what got cut. I was surprised by the fact that it featured cell phones as other than that, I thought it was made in 1969. Unfortunately, neither Captain Kirk nor Denny Crane makes a cameo.

This movie is sort of a home movie quality version of a porn movie with a simple script of zombies invading an adult film studio. Aptly, the studio is an old couple's rental house and the crew are squatters. Ironically, the studio is hiring a film editor for its productions. Even more ironic is it appears there isn't much reason to hire one. Who needs to edit a film that should have been burned at the stake.

I was thinking, if only Alec Baldwin was here in a stuffed shirt cameo, then we would have the perfectly tasteless porn film. The stunt and prop budget for this film do not exist and if it cost more than $10,000 to film it cost too much. They should have put 100 people in the cast and offered each 1% of box office. That would have saved the production some money.

If you are into fun, original Indie films...........

I thought this movie was fun. I watched it with a group of people, and laughter filled the room the whole time. There are so many clever one liners, and the music is incredible. Is it supposed to be a soft core porn? No! Was it supposed to be a serious zombie horror? Nah! This is clearly the kind of film that people will look back on someday and call a "cult classic." Its satirical and comedic themes shine throughout. I would personally call it a horror comedy: it is silly, crass, low budget, and it has a "grindhouse" feel that most higher budget films WISH they could pull off but often fall short. The B&W adds to its charm....Clerks meets Night of the Living Dead; but, Keith Emerson is not trying to be Kevin Smith. His style seems very distinct and original. I can't wait to see more horror comedies such as this one: it goes to show that oftentimes genuine, low budget horror films end up being more successful than the high budget, action ridden, dumbed down theatrical movies that appeal to most Americans today. If you want to see something different and have an open mind, I highly suggest this artsy film.

P.S. If you are going to write reviews: get literate, and make sense if you are writing sentences. I couldn't understand even half of what the previous reviewer was saying. And the music is not just riffing and dreadful zombie tones. Were you even listening or watching...at all? FAIL.

Best movie I've ever watched

This is simply the best movie I have ever seen. It was absolutely TERRIFYING but at the same time it was just so hot. I could not stop myself from cumming the entire for the entire duration of the movie. The acting was just phenomenal and the part where the penis got bit off was just so realistic it gave me chills. We truly need a sequel to this. I know it won't be any better though, that's impossible! You can't beat what is already the best movie out there. 10/10 it should be considered a classic. Absolutely watch this move if you love being scared and cunning at the same exact time. Watch it even if you don't!
