Talented actress Charmain Bingwa joins the firm as Carmen Moyo who makes a name for herself representing a drug lord and getting him a healthy deal in court. The Patinkin Court, I mean the People's Court run by self-appointed judge Hal Wackner, is hard to conceptualise at first, but it certainly has its laugh out loud moments like when Diane hummed a few lines from a Grateful Dead song to score points to secure victory for her client.

Least favotite episode

The new character is not appealing, seems to be a poor replica of Luca african american female identity. However, her behaviour is a bit strange. Refusing to follow name partner's advice does not make you unique/independent. The "cases" and courts are becoming more and more ridiculous. Even marissa became less adorable. Prefer she to stay as an investigator than a lawyer... definitely miss Luca.

Warning: Spoilers
What a ridiculous episode coming after the great opener. We have a Luca "clone" this season who is either bent on revenge or is that in the pay of gangsters. Marissa is lording it over the other associates and instead of helping is being a workplace bully just because she worked there before. Pheobe disappeared very early on and will likely never be seen again. The worst thing this season will be the joke of a court, it's a joke that wears thin after a minute. How is any lawyer taking this seriously? Would a judgement really be legally binding? I'll stick with it and it might get better, but maybe this season should be the last.
