In episode 4, the builders are tasked to make a doggy door. Then, the remaining 2 competitors are to build a doghouse in which their new doggy door must be installed. The doggy door in the final product is stated as a prerequisite condition for victory. Yet, the declared winner did not have their door in the final design at all.
Seeing a winner that doesn't actually meet the criteria to win when their opponent did makes it seem like Tim Allen and crew have abandoned the principles of fair play at the very least and looks suspiciously like bribes may have been involved.
I did give this 2/10 despite this disappointment since up to this point, the series was looking like the entertaining embodiment of Tim Allen's "More power!" catch phrase. However, my disgust over this episode was such that I never watched it again.
