Burn Notice's main protagonist Michael Westen (played by Jeffrey Donovan) meets real-life guest star Michael Weston (who plays the mentally-disturbed client Spencer). Weston's birth name was Michael Rubenstein, as he is actor John Rubenstein's son.
When Michael is creating his fake ID, the DL # he uses is L252-784-65-554-1 and the DOB (Date Of Birth) of the person is 3-15-1969. Any Florida cop will immediately know this was a fake ID. The 3rd set of numbers in a FL DL # (in this case, the '65') indicates the last 2 of the birth year of the bearer.. Since the DL says the DOB is 1969, but the DL # indicates the birth year is 1965, a good cop in FL would know it was fake. Same good cop will also know that the bearer had 1 DUI, as indicated by the last number of the FL DL #.
The "spy plane" Michael Westen identifies is actually a Beech 1900 with Gulfstream International, a regional airline out of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and clearly painted in Continental Connection livery. The "FAA" window which Michael escapes from is in the Sheltair/Jet Center FBO building at FLL; which houses the local FAA/FSDO office.
