- Tess is cornered by an infected human and kissed by it, spreading the fungus, as she's powerless to stop it. Could be a very sexually disturbing scene
- In the beginning of the episode, a deceased but still infected woman is examined by a doctor. Revealing how bad the infection spreads in the body, as it's just underneath the skin where the woman was bitten. Some of the fungus is pulled out of the the deceased woman's mouth and it moves on its own. Very creepy
