The fate of humanity lies in the balance and one final battle between 13 warriors, on the latest episode of “The 100.” In this exclusive clip (above) from Wednesday’s episode, aptly titled, “Die All, Die Merrily,” Clarke (Eliza Taylor) makes one last ditch effort to strike a deal with Roan (Zach McGowan), wanting him to kill Luna (Nadia Hilker) to insure someone, anyone, survives the nuclear meltdown that’s just days ago. But Roan wants nothing to do with Clarke after one too many handshakes have ended in betrayal from the leader of the Sky people. Also Read: 'The 100' Renewed for Season.

The end of the world is nearly here, and it looks like we'll be going out with a bang.
The 100 Season 4 Episode 9 was a sprawling set-up, launching us into the final four episodes of the season. And boy, are they going to be intense.
Despite the fact that The 100 Season 4 Episode 8 actually ended on a really optimistic note – Jaha found the miracle bunker! Yay! – things didn't stay too upbeat for long. Shocking, I know.
"Dnr" started off with everyone preparing to head to the Second Dawn bunker uncovered at the temple in Polis. Very quickly, the plan (for Skaikru to share the space with Azgeda, the clan with whom they'd made their treaty) fell apart.
Abby broke the news to Clarke en route back to Polis that Indra and Trikru had been at the temple when the bunker was uncovered. Obviously, that meant Trikru would be in the bunker.

It appeared that things were finally looking up for our heroes towards the end of an action-packed The 100 Season 4 Episode 6.
But, of course, I should've known better – in the hour's final moments, everything took a drastic downward turn.
View Slideshow: The 100 Photos from "We Will Rise"
"We Will Rise" followed three intersecting but distinct plots.
One arc followed Bellamy, Clarke, and Roan as they set off on a mission to deliver the last remaining hydrazine to Raven at Becca's lab, after the catastrophic destruction of Arkadia on The 100 Season 4 Episode 5.
Without the hydrazine, Raven wouldn't be able to blast off into space and so wouldn't be able to cook up Becca's nightblood recipe with Abby. (Yes, I'm calling it a recipe.)
This unlikely trio's adventure was easily the most exciting aspect.
The tension was high as the three shaky allies journeyed to Becca's lab to deliver the hydrazine to Raven.

Things went from bad... to worse... to sorta okay... and all the way back around to bad again on The 100 Season 4 Episode 5.
During a tense stand-off between Roan's Ice Nation army and Clarke's people, Ilian managed to find the chance to destroy Arkadia. That makes Abby and Raven's nightblood research the only remaining known chance to protect humanity from being completely wiped out by the incoming radiation.
Below, TV Fanatics Yana Grebenyuk and Allison Nichols are joined by Samantha Coley from Tell-Tale TV to discuss everything that went down during “The Tinder Box.“

Can I get a sad trombone up in here? We're not even halfway into the season and already the Sky People have gone through what seems like countless different busted plans to survive the apocalypse.
The 100 Season 4 Episode 5 featured the latest catastrophic failure: The complete and utter destruction of Arkadia.
Thanks a lot, Ilian, you doofus.
After remaining separated for much of The 100 Season 4 so far, the distinct Polis and Arkadia plot lines finally collided on "The Tinder Box," following the events set into motion on The 100 Season 4 Episode 4.
Roan and Echo brought the Ice Nation army to Arkadia's doorstep. But thanks to virtually indestructible Octavia, all-out war was narrowly prevented.
War is here.

Will Clarke be able to prevent all-out war between the Sky People and Roan's Ice Nation army?
After the events of The 100 Season 4 Episode 4, it seemed that a fight between the grounders and Skaikru was virtually unavoidable. Echo had successfully convinced Roan that Clarke and the others were working against him, only hoping to ensure the survival of their own.
In reality, of course, Clarke, Abby, and the others were desperately looking for a way to save everyone – grounders and Sky People alike.
When "The Tinder Box" picks up, it appears that Roan is leading a march on Arkadia, seeking to take it for his own safe haven during the oncoming nuclear apocalypse. He's even brought along Kane and Bellamy as his prisoners, in an effort to force Clarke to give up their shelter. Will everyone make it out unscathed?

The Grounder-Sky People coaliton has fallen apart once again on The 100 Season 4 Episode 4. But, hey – what else is new?
There were plenty of intriguing parallels and plot developments throughout "A Lie Guarded." But what I liked best were the opportunities for several of the cast members to really stretch their acting chops.
I'm referring, of course, to Octavia's "death" and Bellamy's reaction to it.
"Skairippa" appeared to have been killed during a scuffle with Echo. "Scuffle" might be too light of a word – what actually happened is that Echo and Roan effectively dismantled the coalition after discovering that Skaikru was fortifying Arkadia and that they had Luna (a Nightblood).
I predicted in my reviews of The 100 Season 4 Episode 2 and The 100 Season 4 Episode 3 that Echo's decision to investigate Arkadia and Octavia's lie about the chip's destruction would come back to cause issues. I didn't think it would be this soon.

Clarke and Bellamy set out on a humanity-saving mission with Jaha that was ultimately a failure, while Abby worked to save Luna and the other radiation-sickened grounders on The 100 Season 4 Episode 3.

Things are heating up on The 100 Season 4 as the end of the world approaches.
Between political tensions rising in Polis and moral quandaries every which way in Arkadia, Clarke and her friends are dealing with many problems all at once. It's been unrelentingly dark to watch the Sky People fail time and again since the season began.
On The 100 Season 4 Episode 3, Clarke, Bellamy, and Jaha failed to find a fallout shelter, and Abby failed to save Luna's people from their acute radiation poisoning.
But Luna survived (thanks to her nightblood), and now, Abby is presumably attempting to manufacture a cure or vaccine using this new information. Her mission will take her on a journey to a "remote location," accopmanies by various other characters.

When one door closes, another opens.
That common saying seems to be the recurring theme of The 100 Season 4 (so far), as Clarke and her people fight to save humanity from the oncoming deadly waves of radiation.
The 100 Season 4 Episode 3 illustrated this point perfectly, juxtaposing a massive failure with the discovery of a new possible saving grace.
Like The 100 Season 4 Episode 2, the action was once again split between Polis and Arkadia. Unlike "Heavy Lies the Crown," the split was more uneven – the Arkadia-centric bits got more attention, though Octavia and Indra's storyline in Polis provided some excellent character-deepening material.
The big news out of the Grounder capital? The flame (aka Becca Pramheda's Alie 2.0, aka the "Spirit of the Commander") went missing. Roan was quick to point the finger at who robbed him – Gaia, the young woman we briefly glimpsed on The 100 Season 4 Premiere.
Initially, it's unclear why...

Bellamy decided to sacrifice the hydrogenerator in order to save the 25 Sky People who were enslaved by Ice Nation. Was that the right decision?
Yana: Yep. Bellamy, unfortunately, was in the position of breaking the equal group vote, but it made sense for him to choose the way he did. Not only was this a reflection and a development of his The 100 Season 3 conflict, but this also just made sense.

Roan has only been the king for nine days and people are already trying to kill him.
The 100 Season 4 Episode 2 found several of our characters dealing with the harsh realities of being a leader – Clarke, Bellamy, and Roan all had to make tough, if not virtually impossible, choices.
View Slideshow: The 100 Photos from "Heavy Lies the Crown"
This was a stronger installment than The 100 Season 4 Premiere, largely thanks to how well-balanced the action was between Arkadia and Polis.
The show occasionally struggles with making the Sky People drama and the larger grounder political drama equally compelling. But the two plots worked in tandem to great effect during "Heavy Lies the Crown."
Let's start with the Polis portions, which were more self-contained and less sprawling.
The hour opened by introducing us to a brand new character named Ilian. The young grounder (of the Trishanakru clan) seems poised to become an important figure.

It's not easy being king.
Roan is set to learn that lesson when The 100 Season 4 Episode 2 debuts. On The 100 Season 4 Premiere, he was rescued from near-death by Abby and Clarke after being shot in the chest by a chipped Kane during The 100 Season 3 Episode 15.
Now, he must rule over the entire Grounder coalition – including many who question the legitimacy of his rule. One thing's for sure: things are getting seriously tense in Polis. Just look at these photos of an ambassador assembly.

The weight of the world is on Clarke Griffin's shoulders yet again.
When The 100 Season 4 Episode 1 picked up, mere moments had passed since the conclusion of The 100 Season 3 Finale. The season-long foe had been successfully defeated – but not before Commander Ontari was killed and Alie had imparted some disturbing information about the fate of mankind.

The end of the world is nigh – again! – and tensions are rising on The 100 Season 4 Episode 1.
... not that tensions were ever particularly low on this show to begin with.
The premiere picked up mere moments after the jaw-dropping events of The 100 Season 3 Finale. This made for an action packed (and super plot-heavy) installment.
“Echoes” does a lot of the heavy lifting of laying the ground work for this season.
It establishes what I assume will be the two major through-lines: (1) the fight for who will control Polis and the coalition of the clans and (2) the larger scale struggle to save, well, all of humanity from imminent destruction (and to keep it all a secret in the meantime).
The former will have to try hard to impress me. Already, it’s very similar to the political intrigue we dealt with during the first half of The 100 Season 3, the initial Polis arc...

Things were looking pretty bleak when we last left off with Clarke Griffin and her friends (and frenemies) after the events of The 100 Season 3 Finale.
After a mentally and physically torturous fight against Alie, the powerful AI who hoped to recruit every last member of humanity into her deceptively serene City of Light, Clarke prevailed. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a whole new problem.
As Alie revealed shortly before Clarke made the decision to destroy the City of Light once and for all, the remaining nuclear power plants on earth were melting down – and within mere months, the planet would be irradiated and almost completely uninhabitable.
Clarke made the decision to pull everyone out of the City of Light, rather than leave them in there and spare them the almost inevitable pain of a slow, painful death-by-radiation. But was it the right choice? Will she and Bellamy be...

It's already been compared to Lost and Battlestar Galactica but, so far, the third season of The 100 is looking a lot like a CW-rendition of Game Of Thrones. Betrayal and double-crosses? Check. Elaborate-looking chairs that everyone appears to be fighting over? Check. Bloody fights to the death? Check.
Despite the Sky People being welcomed by the grounders as the thirteenth clan last week, it appears that this is only binding as long as Lexa is in power. Her bias towards Clarke is well known among her people and most likely the source of a lot of salacious gossip, so it makes sense that any deal made between the two would be a little tenuous. If Lexa is overthrown,...

3.3 Ye Who Enter Here
Who ever said love between two warring clan leaders was going to be easy? We've spent two weeks setting the scene and reestablishing character locations but, now that Clarke and Lexa have come face to face once again, we get to enjoy those two just sparking off each other just like old times.
And boy, does that animosity light up this show. Without it, we might still have been interested in watching the political meetings play out and the Sky People consider whether they should join the coalition as the thirteenth clan, but it wouldn't have been half as engaging as it's turned out to be.

Last week’s episode of “The 100” ended with fighting words from Clarke (Eliza Taylor) to Lexa (Alycia Debnam Carey), who was behind her abduction. Now, locked up in Lexa’s tower like Rapunzel and avoiding her for days, Clarke and Lexa finally have a standoff wherein Lexa admits her plans to make the Sky People her people, the 13th clan. Later, Prince Roan (Zach McGowan) comes to Clarke with a win-win plan for the two: kill Lexa. Clarke gets to leave, and the prince gets back in mommy’s good graces and his banishment is lifted. The catch is that Clarke, being [...]

Man. The 100 is a really good show. It must get old, reading every post I write about this show that just talks about how good the show is, but it was in my top 10 favorite shows of 2015. That’s not an easy list to crack. There are so many things about The 100 that I appreciate, that I’m glad to have the opportunity to cover a whole season so I can get all of them in. This week on The 100: Lexa attempts to negotiate with Clarke to bring the Sky People under her as the 13th tribe. Kane and Abby head to

Kane and Abby will arrive in Polis to meet with the Grounders in tonight’s episode of The 100, titled “Ye Who Enter,” but things between the two of them are a little tense before their big sit-down. Why is that? Because, as Kane states in the sneak peek below, Abby has re-opened Mount Weather for the Arkers’ use, and the fact that the Sky People are coming and going from a place where so many Grounders were tortured and killed could complicate the fragile peace between the two groups. Furthermore, Kane is worried about how it will affect future requests that

Who should we be most afraid of in The 100 season 3? This tense, dynamic show keeps us guessing...
This review contains spoilers.
3.2 Wanheda Part 2
A lot of The 100's narrative energy last year came from several concurrent journeys home, whether that meant characters trying to get back to parents or children, prisoners of one camp trying to escape to another, or just the folks at Mount Weather wishing and hoping they'd one day get to walk outside again.
That works, because it keeps things moving at an often exhausting pace and, although we all wish to see certain characters interacting with each other more often, the constant shifting and changing of location eases the frustration. It's the same tactic employed by shows like The Walking Dead (at its best) and Game Of Thrones, but I'd argue that The 100 does it more successfully than at least the former.

In "Wahenda Part Two" Abby made one of her biggest decisions yet as Councilor. She decided to move her people from Arkadia to Mount Weather, the site of the destructive attack that ended season 2. In many ways the move from the impressive, but ultimately insecure, Sky People to Mount Weather seems like a no-brainer. This is still The 100 and even the best laid plans can have disastrous results. Abby might believe she's saving her people by moving into Mount Weather but she could just be signing their death warrant.

(Spoiler alert: Please do not read if you have not watched Thursday’s episode of “The 100”) Clarke’s time away from familiar faces came to an end in the newest episode of “The 100” Thursday night. The wayward leader of the Sky People (played by Eliza Taylor) had been on a walkabout of sorts for three months since the end of Season 2, but unbeknownst to her, Bellamy (Bob Morley), Kane (Henry Ian Cusick), Monty (Christopher Larkin) and others had caught word of her whereabouts and were on her trail. After getting captured by the bounty hunter Roan (Zach McGowan), Clarke seemed doomed,...

The 100 opened season 3 with a little bit of time passing in between seasons. Three months have passed since we last saw our cast of Sky People and Grounders living in uncertain and shaky harmony. On the outset, this might not seem like a lot of time. CW's The 100 has been off the air for longer than three months. Yet when you consider that the first two seasons of The 100 probably took place in the span of a little bit longer than three months, it becomes a bit more dramatic of a time jump. It's quite a risk. It's a risk that paid off in some ways and in other ways might be a problem, if isn't already one.

The 100 is back! I have been anxiously waiting for the season three premiere, "Wanheda: Part One," and they really hit the ground running as everyone struggles to deal with the aftermath of what happened at Mount Weather three months ago. When we last left The 100, Jaha was introduced to the big, wide world of A.I. Clarke, meanwhile, had left her people after she and Bellamy killed everyone in Mount Weather.
And she makes a major transformation when we finally see her again. Things have certainly changed since they beat Mount Weather. Clarke's gone, Jasper's out of control, Lincoln's with the Sky People, and Octavia's with the Grounders.

If seasons one and two of “The 100” taught us anything, it is that the show's writers and cast aren’t afraid to take everything you think is going to happen and turn it on its side –– somehow making it better and more heartbreaking at the same time. Season three takes it a step further. Basically “The 100” is going to take everything you thought knew to be the rules and dump them out like an Ikea living room set. You know all the pieces are there, but you have no idea how they’re going to fit together. Warning: Season Two Spoilers Beyond This Point, If you're Behind. Last season ended with the massacre (let’s call it what it was) at Mount Weather. Whether it was done for the greater good or not, you can’t just kill and entire civilization and walk away clean. It’s not that you Can't justify it,...

We’ve been teased a lot about Clarke’s journey in many of the promos for The 100 Season 3, but what will the rest of the Arkers be up to when the new season begins this week? As The 100 showrunner Jason Rothenberg previews in the sneak peek below, they’ll be searching for other Sky People. Fire up the war drums for season 2 of "The 100."
As a new, extended trailer for The CW's post-apocalyptic drama shows, the fragile peace between the Grounders and Sky People is close to shattering. Not a surprise, since the two sides are fundamentally opposed, as the Sky People try to carve out a place to live and prosper, while the Grounders are keen to protect their stuff.
Whither Clarke (Eliza Taylor), the onetime leader who united the two groups to battle the common foe at Mount Weather? After the events of last season, she's still on her walkabout in the wilderness, though "everyone" is hunting for her, as Indra notes in the trailer.

The 100 Season 3 doesn’t kick off until midseason on The CW, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early for fans to get excited for the show’s return. And showrunner Jason Rothenberg understands that, which is why he shared a sneak peek of Clarke (Eliza Taylor), who is donning a whole new look in the third season. As shown in the photo above (and what an awesome photo it is), Clarke has traded in her Sky People clothing and hair for a new style that is much more Grounder-esque. In fact, you could even say that there’s some straight-up Lexa vibes coming from Clarke in this photo, which makes us wonder: when and why did Clarke make this transformation? The 100, Season 2, Episode 16, “Blood Must Have Blood, Part Two”
Written by Jason Rothenberg

On this week’s The 100, Clarke makes a hard decision, Bellamy and Monty assist Clarke, Octavia and Jasper hunt down Cage, and Jaha and Murphy make a startling discovery.
Toward the end of “Blood Must Have Blood, Part Two,” the extremely brave Maya utters the phrase: “none of us is innocent.” This phrase essentially sums up the theme at the heart of the episode, and the series, thus far. The 100 has always been fascinated by the cost of survival and how far its characters are willing to go to survive; last week’s Lexa betrayal has nothing on the second part of the finale and was only the introduction to the possibilities for crossing moral lines that The 100 is willing to explore–by episode’s end,...
