It's some good use of silent film techniques, an example of the dictum that..... with it Friz Freleng or Chuck Jones who said that if you can't tell what's going on from the pictures, you haven't made a good cartoon?
Never mind. The issue I have is that just because you can tell what's going on from the pictures, that doesn't make it a good cartoon. And for me, a cartoon that is about being cute is not very enjoyable. So when you've got four kittens getting into harmless mischief, that's what you've got: cute. And far too much for me taste.
