- Jesse Cardoza: Patrol just got back to us. License plate belongs to a Billy Jones.
- Walter Simmons: Okay. Well, where the hell is he?
- Jesse Cardoza: Uh, he wasn't here. Reported it stolen last night.
- Walter Simmons: That means somebody jacked the car, caused a crash that killed the woman, and fled. Guy's a one-man crime spree.
- Jesse Cardoza: Whoa, whoa, whoa. We don't even know which car caused the accident yet.
- Walter Simmons: Well, we know innocent people don't flee the scene.
- Dave Benton: [Horatio enters the A/V lab] I know, I know, I know. You want to know where Karen Ballard was driving prior to the accident, I get it. But this GPS is pretty banged up.
- Lieutenant Horatio Caine: Can we retrieve the data?
- Dave Benton: Well, cross your fingers. And your toes.
- Lieutenant Horatio Caine: [With a wary smile] And my toes.
- Calleigh Duquesne: [after Walter tells her where the eyeball should be] All right, let's start there.
- Walter Simmons: [Shaking his head] Uh, no. I'm going to let you handle that one. Eyeballs are like my kryptonite!
- Calleigh Duquesne: [Big teasing smile] Good to know.
- Lieutenant Horatio Caine: [Looking at map, for a place the victim could get alcohol] What is at Sixth and Colton?
- Dave Benton: The Rum Room! I bet you can buy some alcohol there.
- Lieutenant Horatio Caine: I bet you can too, Dave.
- Ryan Wolfe: [after Walter has at length about fiber transfers, Ryan shakes his head] You know, a nice young man was promoted from the night shift, and Now he thinks he's God's gift to forensics. Shame to see.
- [Walter sticks his tongue out at Ryan]
