Great documentary on an iconic horror film that started an era. The interviews were relevant and the behind the scenes on the blood gags was so cool. Fun to see most of the cast.

This episode of "Netflix's" season 3 "The Movies that Made Us" "A Nightmare on Elm Street" was revealing with Freddy footage and interviews from the late great super Wes Craven on how being an ex Philosophy teacher possessed Wes to make a horror film as his ideals also sprung from reading about Cambodia kids dying in their sleep from nightmares! And as a kid named Freddy a school yard bully from Craven's childhood past helped bring Freddy to life on the big screen! Plus the funding for the film is talked about showing of how the set was built and the making of Fred's razor sharp knife gloves! Overall well done doc that any fan of Freddy or horror buff must see!
