Good, but what about Ruffles?
Excellent show! It begins with Chris, Joy and Uri playing, while Uri's father Ken is writing a new computer program. However, while the children are playing, they accidentally knock Superbook onto the computer, causing it to merge. Ruffles (the family's pet Yorkie) then jumps onto the computer keyboard, causing her to be transported to Ancient Israel. The friends find Ruffles at the end, and witness many biblical stories.
Unlike the other reviews, this review discusses the content of Season 2 of Superbook as a whole. It is generally good, but I think it would be better if the narrator had let Uri and Gizmo interact more with the ancient people - and talk about things other than finding Ruffles. The lack of discussing Uri and Gizmo makes the show a bit boring at times.
Also, it would be way better if the author had included what Ruffles did in Ancient Israel. How did she survive in the desert? What did she eat, how did she escape from predators, etc? I understand that each episode only lasts 20 minutes, but just 1.5 minutes of Ruffles would be excellent!
