This is a show that has always been political, but it still presents both sides of an issue and chooses to get things done, right or wrong, in the courtroom.
They did fool me into thinking Ness was gone and then they turned it around with another death. Kind of hard to take these situations seriously if no one ever perishes, but oh well.
It was a somewhat intriguing case, but I am glad it was the only one here. I expect we will get some Native American cases like this in real life in the future and who knows how it may go, but until then it makes for good television. Good start to the show's final batch of episodes.
