This was solid episode all the way through. To me, the ending was no shock but the road leading to it was very interesting, how the CSI team wound up finding out exactly what did what to whom.
A man on death row for killing his wife and young daughter and nearly his young son gets a last-minute reprieve from the governor. From that point, and from further investigation on their part, it looks like the convicted man was innocent.....but "Jess Cardoza" (Eddie Cibrian) was a rookie cop covering the crime when it happened insists they have the right guy and he's a psychopath.
Who is right?
Good episode which also includes are old pay "Eric Delko."
