The Village's marrow festival is interrupted when a dog discovers a body buried in the soil, believed to be a Roman or Viking burial, the locals want the festival to continue.
Just lovely, this was a really fun episode. The good Sister is sometimes a little too absent in episodes, here though she really does take centre stage.
Once again, I'm not too sure about Sister B's daydream sequences, not sure they add much.
Great characters throughout, I loved the village feel and vibe, how lovely it is to curl up on a Sunday afternoon, and get lost in sleepy, murderous village life.
Miss Thimble is such a lovely village local, a real character, Sarah Crowden seems to have been acting for so long.
I loved the appearance of Sidney Jackson, his clothes, his hair, his gold tooth, he certainly looked the part.
This was a lot of fun, 8/10.
