The working title of the film was "The Imperfect Conception".
Vivek's character in the film is a huge John Mayer fan and can be seen wearing his official Zipper and headband!
Well in real life filmmaker Vaibhav Gattani is a huge fan of "John Mayer" and has all his official accessories right from Music albums, Tshirt, shirt, zippers to stole, mugs, headband, etc.
At first, Vivek's character was supposed to be John Lenon's fan but Vaibhav changed it to John Mayer.
Even Vivek's dialogue "I'm a huge fan of John Mayer. He is the biggest inspiration of my life. His music is like a drug to me! It just takes me to another state" is basically Vaibhav's feeling for John Mayer.
VOID has many long takes when compared to a normal movie.
The average number of shots in a normal movie is 1,045 whereas VOID just has 218 shots, meaning the average duration of a shot in VOID is 26.2 seconds long.
The title "VOID" comes almost after 1hr 8mins in the movie.
Filmmaker Vaibhav Gattani felt that if the title would have come at the beginning, it would have focussed more on Rhea and her pregnancy (Rhea is empty from inside - without a child). Since the entire movie on surface is about that, he wanted the title to have a different meaning about which we are not talking in the movie!
So now when the titles comes, it focuses more on how empty and hollow all the 4 characters are from inside.
Dr. Deb's character played by Mr. Deepak Bhasi, is basically a real life spiritual healer and not an Actor.
