- Lots of blood and gore. A character saws off limbs from characters and uses the limbs for himself. Comical, but very graphic. The same character also kills various people with little to no motive for doing so.

- The titular Rubberman is depicted as incredibly profane. Numerous f-bombs throughout from both him and Meatwad.

- Two characters smoke crack, one character does heroin, a character kills a drug dealer. It is implied one character is high.
