Great Italian food & travel show

Another great show from the lovable Gino D'Acampo. Here he is taking his family around some hotspots from his homeland, with a focus on food.

The episodes are informative and well-made, the destinations are interesting and off the tourist trail, and the food is varied and authentic. In this series we also get to know his lovely family.

Clearly a show for those interested in Italian food or Italian travel, ideally both. Episodes are short enough to easily hold your interest.

An entertaining show, Gino always delivers with passion and humour.

Absolute trash

Awful premise for a cookery show following England's most obnoxious Italian stereotype around Italy with his family who look like they can't stand being around him, and can't get a word in because he's always jabbering on in his overblown Italian accent. He's a terrible cook as well (as Gordon Ramsey constantly points out in his other show, where he plays the same hackneyed character), so it's just an excuse for a free holiday for him and his brood.
