As Benson and Stabler go to speak to Rita Wills, she has a Martini glass almost empty of fluid. Until Stabler grabs her to arrest her and she swings her glass into her door that is now full when broken.
When William Atherton (Ned Bogden) tells Mariska Hargitay (Det. Olivia Benson) that she is a 'good girl', the second time, there is a close up of him rubbing her shoulder and Mariska is clearly looking down at her Williams hands and her shoulders shrug.
In the next shot with no time to look back down or lower her shoulders, Mariska is looking back down at the paperwork and her shoulders are lowered.
To catch a lawbreaking welfare worker in the act, Det. Benson poses as an impoverished, abused woman who has been on the streets for three days -- but her makeup is perfect and her nail polish is unchipped.
