In the next scene, Lloyd is holding a shirt that belonged to Alec. Apparently, a local fisherman found it near a coral reef, which suggests Alec did not survive. Sunny and Victoria are with Lloyd as he tries to process what's happened.
Back in Henderson, Chase is working on a design for the "Knights of the Turntable" radio show. Adair stops by the house to see if she can help with anything.
Meanwhile, Justine is dancing around in Wendy's apartment. When she hears Wendy entering, she runs and hops on the couch. She pretends to be coming down with a cold and tells Wendy that Brett called to cancel Wendy's photo shoot. Justine simulates a sneezing attack, and Wendy quickly leaves since it seems contagious.
Back at her office, Liza tells Kentucky that she was counting on him to help her find out who's trying to sabotage the prototype. She wasn't pleased that he vanished, and it forced her to deal with government officials all by herself. He has medical issues that he is keeping from her. He says he's going fishing with a fancy new rod and walks out while she is in mid-sentence.
Adair thinks Chase's designs are great. They keep their hopes up that Alec is still alive. But then Chase gets a call from Lloyd with the news about the shirt being found. Lloyd says that Alec didn't survive.
Over at Wendy's place, Brett shows up. But Justine tells him that Wendy isn't available for her photo shoot.
We cut back to Liza's office. She complains about Kentucky's recent behavior to Martin. Liza doesn't like the way Kentucky has disrespected their partnership. Martin thinks Kentucky has gone to Stu's secret fishing hole.
At Lloyd's hotel room, Sunny and Victoria are still trying to comfort him and offer their support. Victoria decides not to give up the search and goes back to the reef once more to look for Alec.
