Jack meets with Hooper, who greets him with an extended hug. Jack is horrified to spot some of the writers in what used to be the executive dining room. Hooper has renamed it the "Everyone Dining Room." Hooper has a policy that once a month everyone in the company can pitch ideas and he wants Jack to spend the next day listening to ideas.

Desperate to come up with another idea, Jack gives Hooper Kenneth's pitch, a black bar at the bottom of the screen that hides racy content. Hooper loves the idea.
Jack tells Kenneth he passed off his idea as his own. He assumes Kenneth will use this against him and is surprised that Kenneth doesn't seem to care.

Liz poses for the sexy bare belly shots. Carmen yells that she knows Liz isn't pregnant, but Liz won't admit anything.
Jack calls Hooper into his office. He introduces Kenneth and gives him credit for the idea. Jack apologizes for misleading him and offers his resignation. Cooper says that he was worried Jack had a reputation for being a business shark and thinks that this moment of honesty means Jack will fit in just fine. They agree Kenneth should get something for his idea. To Jack's dismay it turns out to be a hug.
Avery gets the new job, and Carmen is given the hurricane beat. Jack thanks Liz and tells her the baby's middle name will be Elizabeth. Liz tells Tracy and Jenna she isn't actually pregnant.
