In this episode we had all the issues with Ben. Damien didn't seem to think it through though. Why would he ditch Eric if he knew he needed his word for his accusation. Blair trying to hook up her boss with either Chuck or Nate was really funny. But her promotion was so unrealistic. The show itself is of course not what happens in a normal life but this was a bit too much. A student getting such a position shortly after internship? No way.
