Stella returns and that Stella kind of gets the cold shoulder from that understandingly from Kelly Severide there. As that she left him without nearly warning.

As Severide is not sure how to react or how to realize that she broke his heart big time. As she wants to remain on at 51 there. Show kind of lost some luster after Casey left after 200 episodes.

Team must work to get a potassium fire in a tunnel out. Cruz providing some much needed comic relief. A young cop needs encouragement after working with a prick of a boss there.

As the boss belittled the cop and no other than tough love fan favorite Trudy comes to the rescue.

Unlike another reviewer, I'm glad Kidd is back. Severide is clearly p*seed off with her and not wanting to talk it out with her.

Hawkins is clearly after Mikami, Gallo better watch out!!

Everything about this episode. I was really worried when Matt Casey left that there would be some lag or it would get super focused on his absence. While I am sad that he's not a part of the show right now (maybe forever?) the rest of the cast and storytelling has trucked (no pun intended) right along. I especially loved the tie in with Ritter's past experience with this rookie cop. I'm a huge believer of putting good out into the world and that good gets echoed. This episode displayed that perfectly. Very pleased with this story and I kind of hope to see it play out further in PD or even in Fire. Keep up the good work and positive messaging.

Bringing Stella Kidd back was a huge mistake they already gave her a nice send off and there was no reason at all to bring her back they already got rid of the best character in the show Casey and the all-time best character in his wife Gabby.
