When Director Vance is speaking to the Secretary of the Navy she tells him that the Attorney General is authorizing NCIS to take any and all legal means of apprehending Nazar, up to and including having troops on the streets, and that they are doing so under Title 18 section 2332 of the United States Code of Justice. However Title 18 2332 says nothing of the sort, that section of the code deals with acts of terrorism against US citizens outside of US borders. It was signed into law on August 28, 1986 by President Regan and it made it a "federal crime for a terrorist overseas to kill a United States national, attempt to murder a United States national, conspire to murder a United States national, or to engage in physical violence with the intent to cause serious bodily injury to a United States national or with the result that serious bodily injury is caused to a United States national."
When Knight was interviewing Nazar's fellow pilots she addresses one of them as "petty officer", but petty officers are enlisted personnel, and only commissioned officers can become pilots.
In the ambulance, Parker asks the paramedic "How's the wound?" She replies "I can't examine it until I stop the bleeding." This makes no sense. Before applying any treatment (pressure, dressings etc.), she would examine the wound first, to verify the nature of the injury and to be sure that any pressure wouldn't make it worse. After she applies treatment, the wound would be dressed and she would not be able to examine it.
