ATMs do not dispense anything larger than twenty-dollar bills, but an ATM is seen shooting one-hundred-dollar bills onto the ground. Also, ATMs do not shoot bills out with enough force to fly onto the ground.
In reference to the other goof submission: While the most common denomination ATM's dispense is $20 bills, a lot of ATM's these days also dispense $1, $5, $10, $50 and $100 bills. Bank of America, US Bank and Wells Fargo are just a few examples of banks whose ATM's dispense more than just $20 bills. It is also theoretically possible when hacking an ATM to have the power supply send more voltage to the mechanism that dispenses cash, thereby causing cash to shoot out onto the ground as shown.
