At one point she pretends to flirt with him using a lot of innuendo and sensuality talking about all the "hot" meals she's going to cook for him in the kitchen (played for laughs, and to get a rise out of the realtor)

- Sean yells a bunch of crude insults at Paul to get a rise out of him. Paul punches Sean in the face, which knocks out Sean's infected tooth. Sean is seen with a little blood in his mouth afterward as he yells for joy and thanks Paul. Played for laughs.
