The drone shows is not a RQ-4 as stated. It is an RQ-1, MQ-2, or MQ-9 (all use the same airframe). The RQ-4 is jet powered while the drone shown is obviously propeller-powered. Also, the drone would not be flown by someone "in a bunker under the Las Vegas Strip". It would most likely be flown as most USAF drones are, from Creech AFB, in the town of Indian Springs, NV. Approximately 50 miles NW of Las Vegas.
Dawn Gilbane informs Owen that the footage on a mobile ops center monitor is from an RQ-4 Global Hawk taking off from Rammstein Air Base. The scene then switches to a shot of the drone, but instead of an RQ-4 Global Hawk, the audience is shown an MQ-9 Reaper.
The character Dawn Gilbane pronounces "Ramstein" as "Ram-steen" instead of "Ram-stine." A CIA operative would certainly know how this major US air base in Germany is pronounced.
