- Gracie Allen: [scoffs] Oh, problem. My brother Willie's got a problem. He has to pay twelve-hundred dollars tax, and he hasn't worked all year.
- Harry von Zell: Then how could that be possible?
- Gracie Allen: Well, he didn't know how to make out his tax, so he went down to the tax bureau, and he stood in line, and he copied from the man in front of him.
