Presenting
Marion Harris sings a couple of mediocre songs in this simply shot Metrotone one-reeler. She appears in front of a piano, with the piano player offering a simple accompaniment. Occasional this shifts to close-up. While the songs are not impressive, Miss Harris' performance is Broadway stage big, and she sings very well.
Miss Harris had been a featured Broadway performer since 1915. In the early 1930s she would move to England. After her home was destroyed during the Blltz, she developed health issues and returned to New York, where she died in 1944 at the age of 48.
