I'm trying to understand Sam's reaction to everything. First of all, there is no way I would be apologizing to a woman who, yet again, decided to sleep with my father behind my back. First she guilts her, in the prior episode by telling her(Sam) that she was putting things on hold in her life because she was so concerned about her. After she does that, she immediately runs and jumps into Sam's dad's bed. If she was going to resume her relationship with him, she should have been woman enough to tell her. She doesn't need Sam's approval but a decent person would have done that. As for Sam and her boyfriend's mom, I realize Sam's calling her was just a knee-jerk reaction, no matter how wrong it was. Nevertheless, I don't like the fact that they're making such an accomplished young woman so dependent on everyone else's approval.
