Looks like the stars of "Hocus Pocus" had a witchin' good time!
The cast of the 1993 cult favorite movie gathered last weekend for D23's special 20th anniversary screening at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. It was a hoot to see the three young stars of "Hocus Pocus" all grown up and in their thirties - Thora Birch, Omri Katz, and Vinessa Shaw.
"Hocus Pocus" was a horror comedy about the three Sanderson sisters (Kathy Najimy, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Bette Midler) who are resurrected after three centuries by a pair of kid siblings and their friend on Halloween night. With the help of a talking cat named Binx (Jason Marsden), the trio must defeat the witches before their town is doomed.
Najimy was the only one of the movie's adult actors to join the reunion and posed with her costume on display. She tweeted:

Family conflict has always been and always will be rife with room for film to explore, and to the credit of writers Ash Christian and Theresa Bennett, they managed to create a family that’s genuinely messed up in a number of ways. The problems constructed for the Petunia family aren’t far off from those faced by families throughout the Us, but the way they unravel in Petunia isn’t particularly insightful, clever, or all that original. There’s a lot of truth to be found in the broken and mending relationships the film puts forward, but it gets tiresome very quickly as it relies heavily on catty dialogue to give it its only real buoyancy in a script that doesn’t live up to the large collection of talent assembled for the ensemble cast.

In Cut,Print a group of ambitious filmmakers set out to create the world’s first reality horror movie. Their plan is simple: they’d offer an active serial killer complete anonymity and a worldwide platform from which to display his work in exchange for genuine footage of his grisly crimes. What ensues is a hellish game of cat and mouse as a cryptic filmmaker, known only as The Maestro, comes out from hiding in search of his “perfect shot”.
Starring Vince Orlando, Randy Godwin, Ken Foree, and James Ohngren, the film is directed by Nathan Nose and produced by actor Jordan Yale. The film is presented by Horror Icon Tim Sullivan, of Field Of Screams fame, who discovered the filmmakers and aided in the post-production process to bring the film to the screen:
