The first movie Mickey Reece ever showed to an investor. That investor was Suzanne Tucker who would later be a financier for all of his films.
Mickey Reece and Kameron Primm were to make a movie that they had written together called "Rebel Nature". In the film, Primm was to play a rough and tumble Southern Womanizer. They shot about five minutes worth of scenes when Reece decided to scrap it. Needless to say when Reece, along with his brother Justin, pitched the idea of a new story involving Primm playing a drag queen, he was not pleased. "It took a-lot of convincing to get Kameron to leave behind such a masculine role to dress up like a woman. But we did it somehow," Reece explained.
"The Insufferable Rebes McPhebes" was to be a spin-off of the characters "Max Wexler" and "Bubba Grigio" from "Mythical Creatures" but there has been no news of whether or not the film will be made.
