That music though...

Adele's album 21 had been released about two months prior to the air date of this episode, and was absolutely on fire at the time. Just great synergy between the music and a fantastic performance, Emmy winning, by Loretta Devine. Grey's had always been trendsetting with music, but this episode is next level.

I'm a fan of Grey's but it has never been because of the music. Except that one time they played Teagan and Sarah, the music is always super cheesy and terrible.

This Episode begins with Jackson and Lexie, they are kissing with each other. Richard wants to know if Adele has alzheimer's, Derek continued with his trial. Henry has got a tumor in his heart. Arizona and Callie have their babyshower at the hospital. Clara needs surgery right now, otherwise she will die. Sonya will not help Derek with his alzheimer's trial. Cristina performs Henry his surgery. Derek denies that Adele helps him with the alzheimer's trial. Meredith and Derek think that Adele has alzheimer's. Lucy kissed Alex. Owen can be the new chief resident. Arizona asks Callie to marry with her. Arizona and Callie got into a car accident. I absolutely loved this episode. It delivered a heart breaking moment when Adele was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. It had heart warming moments at callies baby shower. And the ending, a true grey's anatomy cliff hanger.
