When Fin is trying to restrain Dennis Gilcrest after he shoots Juan Alvarez he is shouting "He killed my wife! Murderer, you killed my Peggy!". However his lip movements do not match the words he is saying, in fact he doesn't move his lips at all, it is obvious that the voice is being dubbed over.
When Stabler and Benson arrest Justin, they walk him out of his home as his handicapped mother is calling for assistance. They don't even go up stairs to tell her what has happened or call someone to look after her.
The medical examiner Dr. Melinda Warner states that the victim, Ellen Sazelin, had a blood alcohol concentration of 1.6. A BAC of 0.4 is considered the lethal limit. As women typically have a lower tolerance than men, and with Ellen not being overweight or obese, it's extremely unlikely if not impossible for her to achieve a BAC of that level. She received a telephone call three hours prior to her death; for her to achieve that level of intoxication in three hours, she would have had to have consumed roughly 55-60 drinks, or 18-20 drinks per hour.
