When Rowan comes out of the hospital, her car is covered in bird poop. She looks up at the tree and most of the crows fly away, but several fall on her car. She collected the remains, and drives away. When she arrived at the beach, the car is perfectly clean, as if she perhaps went through a car wash, or, being in San Francisco, a rain shower.
